ePost updation problem - Solution

Problem:

Even after taking printout of ePost messages, they are not getting updated. (Even printed messages still appear in the "Not Printed Category")

Solution:

1. Print ePost messages individually(one by one).

2. After ticking the Check box of first message, click on Print.

3. Select desired Laser printer from the list of printers and click on print.

4. A "Dialogue box", with the message "Are you sure to Update status". Click "OK".

5. "Never  tick on the PREVENT THIS PAGE FROM CREATING ADDITIONAL DIALOGUES".

6. Now the number of messages will be reduced by one number.

7. Print remaining messages using the steps 1 to 5.
